Using Find My Mobile

Ensure that Find My Mobile is enabled on your device:
1.Locate Settings on your mobile device.
2.Locate Biometrics and Security.
3.Locate Find My Mobile and switch the toggle to on.
4.Toggle Remote Unlock on. This will enable you to unlock your device if you forget your PIN. It will also enable you to remotely control your mobile if it gets lost.
Using Find My Mobile when your device is lost:
1.Navigate to findmymobile.samsung.com.
2.Sign in to your Samsung account.
3.Find My Mobile will look for your mobile's location and display it on the map.
4.You will also be presented with a number of options. Ring will cause your mobile to ring at maximum volume.
5.Lock gives you the option to lock your phone and display a message on the lock screen.
6.Back up allows you to back up your mobile's data.
7.Erase data allows you to erase your mobile's data.
8.Track location will automatically update the location of your mobile every 15 minutes.
9.Extend battery life will enable maximum power saving mode to slow loss of charge.
10.Unlock allows you to unlock your device remotely.
11.Set guardians allows you to choose a person who will be able to locate and access your mobile in an emergency.
12.Retrieve calls/messages allows you to retrieve calls and messages from your 50 most recent contacts.
